o_0

Privacy Policy

o_0 is an AI personal assistant service from oh0.ai, operated by Nicholas Cerminara (sole proprietor), currently in private beta. You can reach it by text message or inside private, invite-only Telegram groups. This policy covers the o_0 SMS service, the oh0.ai website, and the accounts you connect to o_0, including your Google account.

What we collect

When you text o_0 we store your phone number, the messages you send and the replies we send back, so the assistant can answer you and keep context.

The website collects personal information only if you join the waitlist: the email address you enter is stored with our email provider (MailerLite) and used only to send you updates about o_0. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.

What it connects to

o_0 connects to a service (Google, Dropbox, Front and others) only when the account owner signs in on that service's own screen and approves the access shown there. o_0 never sees your password. It gets an access token, which it uses only for the access you approved.

With Google, that can include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, Tasks and Meet, depending on what you approve.

How it is used

Where it's kept

Access tokens are stored on o_0's own private server. Data o_0 pulls to answer a request can end up in your group's chat history, which is kept on that same server.

AI processing

To answer a request, o_0 sends the request and the data it needs to AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) through their APIs. Under their API terms, they don't use that data to train their models.

Google user data

o_0's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models, and no person reads it unless you ask o_0 to show it to you, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

Opting out of texts

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS terms.

Disconnecting accounts

You can remove o_0's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or in the settings of any other connected service. You can also ask o_0 to delete its stored tokens for your account.
